2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, checking the acceptance checkbox, clicking an applicable acceptance button, purchasing a ticket, or using PARIXO after being presented with these Terms, the user agrees to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where explicit acceptance is required, the user must affirmatively accept the Terms before accessing the relevant service.
3. Eligibility & Account
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining account security and safeguarding their security MPIN. Users must not impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, or use PARIXO for unlawful purposes.

5. No Guarantee of Examination Success
Use of PARIXO does not guarantee qualification for an examination, interview marks, rank, appointment, service allocation, or any particular examination outcome. PARIXO scores are practice indicators only.
6. AI-Generated Content & Simulated Board Disclaimer
PARIXO uses artificial intelligence models to generate questions, board behaviour, and evaluations. Content may contain factual or contextual errors. Panelists, personalities, and questions are simulated artificial representations and do not represent the opinions of real examination board members.
7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection
PARIXO and/or its proprietor owns and reserves all rights in the PARIXO name, branding, logos, software, prompts, algorithms, and evaluation rubrics. Users may not copy branding, reverse engineer algorithms, scrape evaluation rubrics, or harvest data.
8. Tickets, Digital Entitlements & Payments
Interview tickets and coins are digital service entitlements with no cash value and cannot be converted into cash. Payments are processed securely via authorized gateways.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PARIXO and its proprietor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service. Non-excludable statutory rights under Indian law remain unaffected.
