1. Core Refund Policy
PARIXO operates on a no-refund basis for digital Tickets and Coins. All purchases of PARIXO Tickets and Coins are final and non-refundable.
This applies whether the purchased entitlement is:
- unused;
- partially used;
- fully used;
- purchased individually; or
- purchased as part of a pack.
PARIXO does not provide full refunds, partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, refunds for unused balances, or refunds after an account is closed.
This policy is subject to applicable law and does not exclude any statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
2. Tickets
Tickets are digital service entitlements used to access PARIXO interviews. Once purchased, Tickets are non-refundable.
This applies regardless of whether a Ticket has not yet been used, been partially consumed, been used to start an interview, or been fully consumed.
A user cannot request a refund merely because they:
- changed their mind;
- no longer require the interview;
- dislike the questions or interview topics;
- dislike the simulated board or interviewers;
- dislike the panel temperament;
- disagree with the diagnostic evaluation or score;
- leave an interview early;
- provide incomplete or rushed answers; or
- are dissatisfied with their personal performance.
3. Coins
Coins are digital credits used for features or benefits specified within PARIXO (such as Question Bank generation, cooked answers, and analytics). Purchased Coins are non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been unused, partially used, or fully used. No cash or pro-rata value will be assigned to unused Coins.
4. Packs & No Pro-Rata Valuation
Ticket and Coin packs are treated as a single digital purchase. PARIXO does not provide:
- partial refunds;
- pro-rata refunds;
- refunds for remaining Tickets;
- refunds for remaining Coins; or
- refunds based on the unused portion of a pack.
Example: A user purchases 30 Coins and uses 5 Coins. The remaining 25 Coins do not create a refund entitlement. PARIXO does not implement any automatic pro-rata refund calculation.
5. Free Tickets & Free Coins
Free Tickets and Coins provided by PARIXO have no monetary value and are not refundable. They:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be redeemed for monetary value;
- cannot ordinarily be transferred;
- cannot be refunded; and
- may be subject to expiry or usage conditions.
6. Referral Rewards
Tickets or Coins received through PARIXO's referral programme are promotional digital credits and have no cash value. Referral rewards are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot ordinarily be transferred, cannot be sold or redeemed for monetary value, and may be subject to referral eligibility, usage, and expiry conditions.
PARIXO may cancel or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated referral activity, subject to applicable law.
7. Bonus & Promotional Credits
Promotional, bonus, campaign, competition, or goodwill Tickets and Coins have no cash value, are non-refundable, cannot ordinarily be exchanged for money, may not be transferable, and may have specific expiry or eligibility conditions.
8. Technical Failures Attributable to PARIXO
A no-refund policy does not mean that PARIXO ignores genuine service failures. If a paid interview or feature cannot be delivered because of a material technical failure attributable to PARIXO, PARIXO may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- restore the affected Ticket or Coins;
- provide a replacement interview or feature;
- provide equivalent digital credit; or
- provide another appropriate remedy.
PARIXO does not automatically convert every technical complaint into a cash refund. The preferred remedy is the restoration or replacement of the affected digital entitlement where appropriate.
9. User-Side Technical Problems
PARIXO generally does not restore or refund consumed digital entitlements where the problem results from the user's internet connection or packet drop, user device limitations or crashes, browser incompatibilities or extensions, microphone permissions or audio hardware faults, unsupported hardware or operating systems, severe ambient background noise, local network restrictions, device settings, or failure to grant necessary permissions.
10. Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction because of a payment-processing error or gateway glitch, PARIXO will promptly investigate the transaction. Where a duplicate charge is verified, PARIXO will correct the duplicate transaction and process an appropriate reversal/refund through the payment gateway. This is a transaction correction, not a discretionary refund of a legitimately purchased entitlement.
11. Payment Successful but Entitlement Not Credited
If payment is successfully completed and deducted from your account but the purchased Tickets or Coins are not credited due to a technical sync delay, PARIXO will investigate and credit the purchased entitlement or correct/reverse the affected transaction.
12. Account Closure
Closing or deleting a PARIXO account does not create a refund entitlement. Purchased Tickets and Coins do not become refundable merely because the user chooses to close or delete their account. Free, referral, and promotional credits may be forfeited when an account is closed.
13. No Cash Value
Tickets and Coins are digital service entitlements issued exclusively for consuming simulation features. They are not currency or legal tender, bank deposits, investment products, stored-value cash instruments, or financial assets. They do not earn interest and cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash.

15. Consumer Rights — Statutory Preservations
Mandatory Statutory Rights Notice:
PARIXO's no-refund policy applies to refunds voluntarily offered by PARIXO. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any mandatory consumer right, statutory refund right or other legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, reversal or other remedy, PARIXO will comply with that requirement.
16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users should first contact PARIXO support regarding transaction or service issues so that the matter can be investigated and resolved promptly. PARIXO may provide relevant transaction and service records to payment providers or financial institutions when responding to a legitimate payment dispute or chargeback.
17. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
PARIXO may investigate suspected fraudulent purchases, payment manipulation, referral abuse, multi-account exploitation, balance manipulation, or fraudulent chargeback activity. Promotional credits obtained through confirmed abuse may be revoked and offending accounts suspended.
18. Policy Changes & Versioning
PARIXO may update this policy periodically to reflect statutory requirements, payment processor guidelines, or product updates. The current version, effective date, and last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
