1. Who We Are & Privacy Desk
PARIXO is an independent AI-powered civil-services interview simulation platform operated as a private business. PARIXO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), any State Public Service Commission (PSC), or any governmental authority.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to authenticate users, personalize simulated interview boards, and provide score diagnostics:
Registered mobile number (for SMS OTP verification), candidate display name, account identifier, hashed security MPIN (passwords/MPINs are never stored in plaintext), and account timestamps.
Target examination (UPSC CSE, State PSCs), date of birth/age where entered, gender where entered, state/district of origin, educational credentials, graduation college/degree, optional subject, work experience, hobbies/extracurricular interests, and selected interview themes. Providing these details is voluntary and enables personalized interview cross-examination.
Textual responses, generated questions, dimension-wise evaluation scores, strengths & weaknesses, and longitudinal progress tracking records.
3. Voice Recording & Speech Processing Policy
When you participate in an audio-enabled interview simulation:
- Voice audio is temporarily streamed to authorized speech recognition infrastructure (Google Cloud Speech-to-Text / Web Speech API) for real-time speech transcription;
- Raw voice recordings are NOT permanently stored on our servers as part of your interview history;
- Generated text transcripts and AI evaluations are preserved in your account to facilitate practice review and analytics.
4. Purposes of Processing
Creating accounts, authenticating candidates, generating dynamic mock interview questions, evaluating answers, and calculating dimension scores.
Tailoring questioning to DAF bio-data, state of origin, graduation background, and previous practice weaknesses.
Managing Ticket and Coin balances, crediting bonuses and referral rewards, and maintaining financial ledgers.
Enforcing single active device sessions, preventing unauthorized account sharing, and mitigating automated fraud.
5. AI Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors
PARIXO partners with specialized cloud and AI infrastructure providers to deliver real-time simulations:
All processors handle data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection agreements. We never sell candidate personal data.
6. Payment Information & Credential Protection
PARIXO does not need to receive or store the user's complete card credentials, CVV, UPI PIN or similar authentication credentials merely to maintain a purchase record. All payments are processed directly by RBI-authorized payment aggregators under strict PCI-DSS security standards.
6A. Advertising
PARIXO shows advertisements from Google AdSense on the Explore section of the app. Advertisements are not shown in the interview boardroom, in your evaluation report, or on your Detailed Application Form.
- What Google receives: Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure advertisements, including your IP address, approximate location, device type and interaction with the advertisement.
- What PARIXO does not share: Your Detailed Application Form, interview transcripts, evaluation scores, voice recordings and wallet history are never shared with advertisers or used to target advertisements.
- Your control: You may manage or turn off personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads, which applies across every site and app that uses Google advertising.
- Google's own notice: How Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
7. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
- Active Retention: Profile data and interview history are retained while your account remains active to provide continuous progress tracking.
- Voice Audio: Processed ephemerally; raw audio files are not permanently stored.
- Right to Erasure: Candidates may request permanent account and bio-data deletion at any time by contacting parixoai@gmail.com or using the in-app Privacy & Data settings.
8. Candidate Rights & Grievance Redressal
Under applicable Indian data protection principles, candidates have the right to access their information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and submit grievances:
